December Office Hours
November 28, 2011 at 10:29 pm | Posted in General | Leave a commentThe Guide Office will be open Mondays and Fridays from 12:30-5 pm up to and including Friday, Dec. 16. The office will be closed for the Christmas holidays, re-opening Friday, January 6th. With the Guiding fiscal year ending on Dec. 31,, Unit Guiders are reminded to bring in all dues and receipts as soon as possible.
Remembrance Day
November 14, 2011 at 8:35 am | Posted in Events | Leave a commentMembers of all ages from Whitehorse Guiding attended the City’s Rememberance Day ceremony on Friday, Nov. 11. Mayor Bev Buckway said she was impressed by the size of our turnout — and all Guiders were impressed by our well behaved girls. Many thanks to all Guiders who came out to represent our Organization and support our youth members: Jennifer Moorlag, Lynn LeBarge, Veronica Mallerby, Kerri Scholz, Angela Anderson, Erin Cross, Erin Dixon, Carrie McClelland, Janina Schmidt, Natalie Taylor, Christina McGillivray, Deb Sumner, Amanda Thompson and Nancy Campbell.
